WebOpts' Code

• WebOpts will never misrepresent its competence, qualifications, efficiency, knowledge, or technical skill regarding the development or implementation of search engine marketing strategies. Guarantees will be limited to items over which WebOpts has considerable and reasonable control.

• WebOpts will never deliberately violate any explicitly published and enforced policy of search engines or directories. In the case of uncertainty regarding a search engine’s policy WebOpts will exercise the utmost due diligence to ascertain clarification before continuing to employ potentially detrimental technologies or techniques.

• WebOpts will never create impossible client expectations; specifically, the proposition that search engine marketing results can be procured in an impossible or unreasonable amount of time given the identified circumstance of the search engines, client site, and competitive landscape.

• WebOpts will exercise the utmost due diligence to raise or preserve the rankings of a client sites regardless of external factors.

• WebOpts will keep the privacy and confidentiality of their clients in respect to information, intellectual property, and business materials disclosed during the business relationship.

• WebOpts will never involve itself in a conflict of interest without previous notice to all participants; specifically, the preference to feature one client over another in competing keywords for economic gain. All clients are to be served equally and without regard to economic differentiation receiving identical effort.
